I have been trying to cancel the free trial for 4 days now and cannot communicate with anyone! Adobe's message center is totally useless as far as I am concerned. The individual who represents your company has left me hanging for over an hour 5 times. No timer is given to lodge a request before the convesayion is cancelled!!!!! My order number is: REMOVED. The Adobe code number is: REMOVED. My name is Donn Hart. E-mail is: REMOVED My phone number is: REMOVED. Please send me an e-mail cancellation confirmation ASAP. Thank you.

I have been advised by Adobe that my 7 day free trial subscription HAS BEEN CANCELLED. If this is NOT the case, please notify me. It was submitted in error.

Adobe will not contact you based on a message in a public forum... but scammers will !!!

For anyone else reading this

Never post private information on a public forum... including your actual email address or phone number

When an employee asks for information (identified by a STAFF badge where my ACP badge shows) hover your mouse over their name and then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email

Adobe does not use Skype... if someone asks you to talk to them via Skype to "help" you, immediately report their Adobe ID in https://forums.adobe.com/community/forumhelp/forum_comments/content so the person may be banned from the forums
