what laptop is most compatible with Adobe CC, (other than Apple Macbook)

Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me.

I'm looking for a laptop that is best suited for design and digital art. In the past I have used a Macbook Air and a Macbook Pro, but I am now needing a new laptop and Apple is out of my budget.

Are there any brands/ models that anyone can recommend? or specs I should look out for? Such as retina, speed, graphics, storage, etc. From my own research Ive seen that the Dell Inspiron 3567 13 Notebook may be a possible option, but I'm a bit out of my depths here, so any help would be very appreciated.

The only thing special about Macs these days are that they charge a lot more for what other manufacturers can deliver at a much lower cost.
