What should I do if I want to use a registered (unused) serial number intended for Mac, for my PC instead?

I have a registered serial number intended for Adobe CS6 Master Collection for Mac.
I have not used it on my Mac yet. If I want to use that serial number for my PC instead, what should I do?

I've contacted support to see if I can get it switched over, but got no response back.

Hey John, thanks for the quick reply!

I have actually filled out that form already (just 2 days ago, in fact!) but I can't just sit here twiddling my thumbs

I'm kind of in a rush. Is there anything I can do to make the process smoother, easier, for Adobe to respond faster?

No need to twiddle your thumbs.

You can use the trial version on the PC for up to 30 days for free. It's fully featured in that time.
