What to do? Can't change payment method, can't order new CC
Hello folks,
the situation:
I moved to another country and tried to change my method of payment for my CC student subscription which, obviously, is impossible.
Following a hint from this forum, I created a new mail + adobe id and placed an order for a new CC subscription (in order to cancel my current subscription afterwards).
This morning I received an mail by Adobe saying that my order for the new CC subscription has been cancelled.
What can I do? Any alternative left?
