What to do....Can't install PhotoshopCC

purchased monthly subscription toadobe Photoshop CC. installer asked for Adobe password... said I needed to change password...changed password... twice. Now want's my system admin password.  My Mac has no Admin password.  Phone wait is two hours...what to do?
