What URLs need adding to our proxy to enable application downloads and updates?

Hi all,

We use a proxy server and need to add the appropriate urls to our expetions list. I want to know what URLs are necessary to allow the download and update of all creative cloud applications and also Adobe Reader DC? I know Adobe provides a large list but I want to know what URLs are crucial. There were plenty of social media URLs that we don't want to enable.
