Can anyone tell me what version of PDF is my Adobe 2017?

Adobe is a company name like Microsoft or Apple.  Adobe makes many different products and services. There is no product or service called Adobe 2017.  Perhaps you're asking about Acrobat or Acrobat Reader?

    The assumption is that you want to know what version your software it. Help > About will tell you.

    If you want to know what version of PDF it makes (PDF 1.0, 1.1, 1.7, 2.0) the answer is complicated. 

    It will make up to PDF 1.7 but it will make a lower version if it can.

      I mean pressing the F1 key to go to program help... the version should be in there
