when adobe file updated ,,, all my files damaged and changed to .RKK ,,, i want to retrieve it , please help

What is "Adobe file" since I have never seen an Adobe program named that - Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud

Ok ... I mean that i have More than one programm from Adobe ,,,

but when i open my PC , i get message to update Adobe ... when i click ok ,,, all files Damaged and transfer to .RRK (Like this :Muna.jpg.rrk)

please help me to retrieve it
