I've tried uninstall of CS6 (partial install that occurs during attempt) and use the CC Adobe cleaning tool with no change in symptom when trying to install again.

    Hi,

Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features and uninstall Adobe Help Manager and then try to install indesign on your system it should get install.

    if still not work then

    Go to C:/program files(x86)/Adobe/Adobe Help ,

move this folder on the desktop ,

run the installation again for the software.
