When downloading Creative Cloud desktop I always receive a 201 error message. What can I do to solve this problem?
When downloading Creative Cloud desktop I've been receiving a 201 error message: "We've encountered the following issues: There seems to be a problem with the download process. For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page. (Error code: 201)."
I already visited the customer support page and followed the instructions on "Error Downloading or updating Creative Clouds apps" and "Sing in, activation, or connection erros". I don't have any problem accessing https sites; I've been navigating throw Internet with no problem and have not had any download issues with other softwares. I'm using a cable connection and changed the cable and the port. Nothing happened. I added a rule to my Bitdefender's firewall granting access to the instalation program.
I'm on a home connection. My antivirus is Bitdefender. My download logs show the following error:

I'm not an IT professional and don't really know what else to do to solve the problem.
