Question

When I bought Elements & Premiere 12, Adobe told me I was victimized by an ID Thief. Now I can't use my own expensive software!

I have been trying since October 18, 2013, to install & activate both programs, but all 8 of my PC's have been hacked by this thief.  Even the Adobe technicians can't help me.  I have lost 14,000 professional copyrighted photos.  I am ruined.  I have lost over $500,000 to bank fraud.  Can't I at least get a refund of the money I paid for the software I can't use?

If your computer has been hacked and the serial numbers stolen, chances are that it is distributed (for money) by pirates.  Which means Adobe is losing money by these events too.

Best contact the police about the matter.
