When I click download for my desktop, adobe creative cloud does not pop up to let me download it.

We can better assist you if we have more information about the problem you're experiencing. It looks like you're interested in Lightroom. What version are you trying to download? Is it a new app or an update to one you already have? Do you have the Creative Cloud Desktop App or any other Adobe software installed? What is your computer and operating system?
