When I switched from Windows 8 to Windows 10 I lost my photoshop Elements 14. I cannot reload on my HP computer without the load number which I can not find. Can someone help reload elements 14 DISC?

It requires a redemption number that fits in 6 boxes. .  Tony

    It is mandatory to use 24 digit serial number to activate  PSE 14.

    Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

    If you do not have serial number , you may check with Adobe support once , they can assist you further. If the serial number is lost and you have proof of purchase  , simply provide it , they can certainly help you
