When I try to activate a CC app it says I don't have a subscription

I just subscribed to Creative Cloud but whenever I try to activate my program using my account it says I don't have a subscription but on my account it clearly shows I have one and Adobe already took the money out of my account. This is a very irritating issue and help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried all the solutions in Adobe Creative Cloud apps revert to trial mode after CC 2015 update‌? If these do not resolve the issue, please Contact Customer Care to check that your payment was credited to the Adobe ID account you are using to install apps.

I tried that but still nothing changed. Every time I try to activate a program they say I don't have a subsciption
