    Check your network connection. this happens when you are trying to download from a bad network. If you use WLAN or a mobile connection, try to use a stationary connection. Otherwise turn off your firewall and virus scanner temporarily and all the other stuff...

    Is your operating system 32-bit or 64-bit? After Effects requires a 64-bit operating system.
