when i try to download, i get a window that says i need IE 4 or above, i have it, how do i get my money back??

    if you're using ie10:

    1. use a different browser or

    2. use compatibility view (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10)
