when i try to download photoshop cc trial version in the creativecloud apps section i click try and the creative cloud window goes blank and does nothing, with no loading circle or any thing, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did no

when i try to download photoshop cc trial version in the creativecloud apps section,and I click try the creative cloud window goes blank and does nothing, with no loading circle or anything. I have tried uninstalling and installing it again but that did not work. i am using windows 8 and would appreciate help with this.
