Question

When I try to reinstall cs3 from my disk, an error message says it failed.

I closed all applications, and there's plenty of space on disk, and have the key; but no go so far.

    uninstall, clean and reinstall per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

    I just had my computer wiped, and the OS reinstalled, so I can't imagine it needs a clean.  That also means I'm not replacing a CS3 that's already on there and needs to be removed first.  Thanks so much for your help.
