    Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to locate the opm.db file and delete it. (as instructed below) I go to applications>Adobe Creative Cloud and double click. It prompts me to login, it logs in and says there is an update, I click update and it prompts me to sign in with my password, I enter the same password and it doesn't take it. Also, the opm.db file is back in the OOBE folder. Im I launching Creative Cloud incorrectly?

Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

    Navigate to the OOBE folder.

    Windows: :\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

    Delete the opm.db file.

Launch Creative Cloud. Try signing in.

Does password screen shake when you enter password?
If yes, it is asking for your Mac password.

Do not worry about opm file, Adobe recreates it when you try to sign in.

    1. Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    3. Delete the opm.db file.

    Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I cant seem to find the opm.db file. I navigated to the OOBE file, with in that is a PDApp folder, then several other folders. I search in all of those but could not find the opm.db file. Also, the library file was not under Macintosh HD/users/mary/ it was Macintosh HD/library... and Macintosh HD/system/library... is that how it's supposed to be?

Thanks in advance for your help with this!

Follow the instruction from below Adobe document to locate Library folder in User.

Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later

    Sorry for delay.
