When install photoshop on Win7, I have problem. please help me.

Question

After download photoshop program, it cannot work when i started this program.
The error said "api-ms-win-core~~~ ". My computer is window7.
The way to resolve this problem is only using windows10 desktop?
I already bought it almost 3days. But it still cannot start.......
Please help to me quickly.

The newest Photoshop version should be running with Win7, but only with the 64bit version. Do you have installed a 64-bit Windows 7 and the ServicePack 1?

If yes you can take a look here: https://wikidll.com/microsoft/api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0-dll

and download the missing file.

But...

On the other hand, I urgently recommend an update to Windows 10. Because from January 2020, Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 7. That means there are no more security updates.
