When is the Adobe support chat available?

Hi there,

Can anyone tell we when the live chat functionality for adobe support is available as every time I login and need to chat to someone the chat functionality is listed as "unavailable". I am an international customer and my phone does not make international calls so I am unable to call the contact centre number provided as an alternative option.

Or does anyone have a support email address that I can email regarding payment issues on my account?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
