When or how can I install Creative Cloud Desktop app on Mac running OS 10.15.1?

I would like to know how I can get the Creative Cloud Desktop app to work on Mac OS 10.15.1 without uninstalling all my other Adobe programs, thus losing my prefs and connections.
Is Adobe planning a fix for the Creative Cloud Desktop? I HOPE.

Thanks for getting back to me. In the meantime, I contacted support. Ashmi spent nearly 4 hours with me. finally enabling a re-install. While glad to have access to my probrams now, it is frustrating to have to re-do some preferences, etc. to get back to the prior smooth workflow I had built.

Art_bob what error are you currently facing?  What steps did you take, prior to upgrading to macOS 10.15, to prepare the computer?

Thanks Jeff. Currently I get no error message, a Creative Cloud Desktop app pops us chen I click on the app in my menu bar, frozem at 90%. However, if I recall correctly, when I tried to update Lightroom from my Adobe account on the web, an error came up as "P1."

I did use the Log Collector Tool. Here's the link:
