When printing double-sided, page 2 does not print on the first sheet.

When printing double-sided, page 2 does not print on the first sheet. Page two of the document is printed out on the front of the second page, which should be page 3, printed on the front of the second sheet of paper coming out of the printer. I am using a the following build:

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 20.9.20063.381938

AGM: 4.30.101

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.46033

This is running on Mac Catalina version 10.15.4

NOTE: This does not happen when using the Preview.app

Am I missing something obvious. I did notice on other sites, this problem was seen in 2017, but the thread ended with no resolution.
