when starting lightroom 6 on new disk I get error - can't find solution

When starting lightroom 6 on new disk (old one crashed) I get the message that serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers...

In 6 days I'll be out of license - Fast help will be appreciated, I can't find a way to contact customer care or support and looking here for solution is pretty much a repetitive cycle of frustration.
