Are you using Adobe Digital Editions? If so, I suspect you may be experiencing one of the known activation errors. Often deactivating and reactivating (cmd-shift-D on Mac or ctrl-shift-D on Windows) will solve the issue. If this is not a Digital Editions issue or if the above suggestions don't solve your issue, please reply with a few more details so we can better troubleshoot. What Adobe software are you using and on what kind of device/operating system? Can you provide a screenshot of the error? How to post a screenshot in the forum
