When trying to install CC, asks for Id and Password, and won't accept it. The id and PWD works fine logging into Adobe Web site, how do we get thru this issue?

I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud today, downloaded the software and started to install. The pop up window requesting the Id and password starts by displaying my name, and when I change it to my adobe user id and enter the password, the id and password is not accepted. . I can log on the Adobe Website just fine using the Id an password.

How can I get thru this error?

Tmr6387 it is likely you are being prompted to enter your administrator user name and password. This is part of the installation process if you are installing under Mac OS.
