When trying to install Dreamweaver test version on my Windows Desktop, I just see a white screen and nothing happens, except for blue squares moving. Shall I just wait? For how long?

Unfortunately, the same thing happens: When I enter the link provided by you into the browser, I either first have to log in, then have to klick on down donwload, and then the white window comes. When I try it a second time, enter the link provided by you into the browser, the white screen comes immediately. So basically, when I enter the link, immediately a white screen comes...
