When trying to install the Creative Cloud Setup, all my windows flicker and I get a loading wheel for about 5 seconds. After that, the loading and flickering stops and nothing happens. Windows 7 desktop.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. "See title" and providing generic and limited information is simply inadequate/ inappropriate.

I have the same problem. Just downloaded the CC setup after logging into Adobe.

Its a Windows 10 64-bit PC with 8GB RAM.

When opening the EXE file, the Windows File Explorer window keeps flickering for about 5-10 seconds, and stops. The setup doesn't start.
