When trying to reinstall my Adobe creative Suite 3 Web Premium, it is asking me for a serial number for an upgrade that I never had!

Hi everyone.  When trying to reinstall my Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium, it is asking me for a serial number for an upgrade that I never had!  There is no way to contact support.  I have used my software on this same computer in the past for many years.  I am a very light user and I have no need for new software to pay for upgrades.  After putting in the serial number for CS3 which the software accepts without any problems, in the Upgrade Check window, it is asking me to "Enter information about a qualifying product", and to "Select a product that you own".  I have the Adobe Creative Suite Premium CS2 and have the serial number for it.  But the software is asking for Adobe Creative Suite 2.3 Upgrade and its serial number!  I have no such a serial number in my account on Adobe's website, under my product or purchase history.  There is no way to get in contact with anyone and ask for help.  I do not know what to do.  Please help and let me know how to use my software which I have been using May of 2007.  My laptop had to be formatted when sent in for service and now I have lost access all my Adobe programs because of this serial number issue.  Thanks much.
