When with Bridge work with an ARM 64 laptop?

I’m experiencing major compatibility issues with Adobe Bridge on a new Microsoft Surface (Snapdragon processor, ~$1500). Bridge either fails to launch or behaves unpredictably.

I’ve used Bridge since version 1, and I pay over $700 annually for my Creative Cloud subscription. Beyond Bridge, several other CC applications still lack proper Windows ARM support, which significantly disrupts my workflow.

Can Adobe confirm whether full ARM compatibility across the Creative Cloud suite is planned, and provide a timeline? This affects professional users who rely on Adobe tools daily.

I appreciate the reply and the rundown — truly. But let’s face it, repeating the compatibility list doesn’t really move the needle here. I already know which apps don’t work; that’s exactly why I’m posting.

I’m paying over $700 a year for Creative Cloud and just bought a $1500 Windows device, so it’s a reasonable expectation that Adobe would support Windows hardware with the same consistency they give Apple platforms.

I’m not looking for a recap — I’m looking for some indication of when Adobe plans to fully support Windows ARM so tools like Bridge can actually be part of my workflow again.

Do you still have a return policy window on that $1500 device? In practical terms, I think it would be easier for you to return that machine (or sell it, if there’s no return possibility) and get a non-ARM one. There’s no indication of any specific Adobe plans for ARM support other than the ones you already know.

After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition and Adobe Media Encoder.

Apps that run via emulation on Co-Pilot+ PCs

Acrobat, Acrobat Reader, InDesign (Beta), Illustrator (Beta) and Lightroom Classic.

At this level of investment, core Adobe applications should be fully compatible with modern Windows ARM devices. This is a major issue for anyone relying on Adobe tools in a professional workflow. Please address this — it’s critical.
