when you change of plans it is preserved websites in adobe portafolio?

If you would like to change from plan Creative Cloud All Apps to Photography Plan - the websites built at Adobe Portafolio will be preserved if the transfer ismade? - Both plans have Adobe Portafolio included but I cannot find the info realting to this. Thank you.
