where are my serial numbers?

I bought Adobe elements. I am prompted to download serial numbers. So I click the link to download and subsequently install drivers. No serial numbers to be found. I keep getting sent in a loop.

If you bought a download from Adobe you should have been sent a serial number in a email

If you bought from a different vendor, you need to ask that vendor

Go to https://account.adobe.com/ to find a list of your programs and serial numbers
