Where are the CS2 Production Studio After Effects, Premiere, Audition and Encore Files?????

I am trying to reinstall my CS2 Production Studio Premium. Adobe no longer has activation servers, so I have to download off of the Adobe site. Where is Encore, Audition, Premiere and After Effects????
