Where can I download Acrobat 9.0 Standard?

I purchased Acrobat 9.0 Standard in December 2009 and have the serial number - it cannot be applied to Acrobat 9.0 Pro.  Is a download available so I don't have to purchase or subscribe to an entirely new Acrobat?

    Cht2a if you purchased Acrobat 9 Standard on CD then you will need to locate your installation media.  If you choose the download option at the time of purchase then the download will be available under your account at http://www.adobe.com/.   You can find additional details at Find a download link on Adobe.com.

    Dear Mr. Jeff A Wright,

    We are facing the similar problem with Acrobat 9.0 Standard ver. namely with finding a direct download link for the Installation of said software, as a result of many attempts we failed to find one.

    Please advise and assist accordingly.

    The abovementioned software was purchased by us on 09.12.2010 and we were provided with a certain download link and have a certain Software License Certificate.

    We were not provided with a CD media upon date of purchase with installation software but  the download link from Adobe web-site. Now the link is not active anymore.

    The Acrobat 9.0 Pro version is not valid with the serial number we have purchased for Acrobat 9.0 Standard.

    Please help and advise what actions to take.

    Oleksandr please review the referenced document in message #2 on how to locate your purchased software download.  If you have a volume license then you will want to use the instructions which are relevant for that license type.  Finally if you need direct assistance you are welcome to contact our support team at Contact Customer Care.
