Where can I download an upgrade from CS5 Design Premium to CS6 Design Premium?

I am frustrated with the site - cannot find a way to upgrade to CS6 from CS5.

    Hi there,

         You can download Design & Web Premium CS6 from the below link:

    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=designweb_premium&loc=en_us

    Once you download and install, you need to use CS6 serial number in the first screen and click next. On the next screen when it says "Previous qualifying version not available", please select CS5 Design Premium from the drop down list and enter your CS5 serial number and click next. It should then activate without any issues.
