where can I download CS5 PS extended please ?

My PC needs all its software reinstalling.  I have a CD & a licence key for CS5 PS but I think the CD is damaged.  Please can someone advise if there is somewhere I can download from?  I have no requirement at the moment to upgrade to CS6
