Hello,
I bought photoshop elements 12 two years ago.
Now I have a new computer, and i would like to install photoshop elements 12 again.
But when i try to download it, i can only find the Elements 13 and not the 12.
Is there a way to download Elements 12 ? or to upgrade to 13 ?
Another thing is that I read that i have to deactivate my product before activate a new one ?

If you have the ability to deactivate you should. If not you can contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations. You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so it might not be mandatoruy for you to request the deactivation at this time.
