Where can I download Photoshop Elements 9?

Photoshop Elements 9 was included with the purchase of my Bamboo. I downloaded and activated my product and have my serial number but have now lost the downloaded installation. I need to re-image my laptop and want to reinstall my software but since I did not purchase directly from Adobe, there is no order number so I don't have a download link. Please help.

They didnt give me any media, just the serial number with instructions to go to www.adobe.com and download the trial version, then unlock it with the serial number. I dont know why Adobe attaches the download to the order and not the product serial number.
