The Files for windows Adobe Premiere 8 do not work. They just take me to the Adobe help page to download the newest creative cloud apps. Please help! I purchased this program and Adobe has removed my ability to download it from my account. I have tried talking to customer service but they just give me the runaround and the links they give me don't work.
