Where can I download the payload installer?

I downloaded Adobe Dreamweaver CC, but I only see a "payloads" folder:

I believe Adobe has a payloads installer, I had the payload installer for CS6, I can't install Dreamweaver CC because payload installer version is lower than payload (payload installer 6.******) and (payload 9.****) I used * because I don't remember the complete version

Where can I download the Adobe payloads installer for CC? Thanks
