Where can I find a Elements 10 to redownload?

Question

Looking for Elements 10 to download.  I've reset my Windows 10 computer and it kept my personal files but all my apps are gone.  I have my serial number for Elements but I cannot find where there is a download specificly for Elements 10.  Please help.  Marilyn

Try Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 Click on the Elements 10 link and the download links will be revealed.Download both File 1 and File 2 to the same folder (any folder) on your local drive.Ignore the .7z file. That's used automatically during installation.Double click the .exe file and follow the prompts.
