Where can I find the download link to Captivate 8 subscription?

I had to buy another laptop and know I need to download Captivate 8 subscription and I have looked in my adobe account settings and I do not see any download links like I have before. Please help!! I have to make edits on a clients course build so I need to get this taken care of as soon as possible.
