Where can i find the emails and contact info for the educational licenses?

My University (Aeronautic University Institute - Cordoba -Argentina) needs adobe educational licenses for clases but i cant seem to find any email or contact information for it anywhere. I work at my university in the TI Department and all the adobe site is really confusing. Anyone can help me? Only the emails will be enough for me.
