I’m cancelling my account, currently on the annual plan paid monthly. I don’t want to pay the cancellation fee so want to see what month my plan started and will cancel then.

Where can I see when my annual plan started?

Hi, you can see the start date of your annual plan on your Adobe account page. Click your profile picture in the top right, choose Manage account, then open the Plans section under Plans & billing — it lists each subscription with its start date. That should show exactly which month your annual plan began.

if @Joyful_Whirlf96f suggestion falls, after your 12th payment is received, cancel.

If it is past 14 days from the initial purchase then cancellation fees would be applicable. See the following article for more details
