Where can I get information on the COST to upgrade from CS5 to CS6 - NOT cloud

I am trying to upgrade from CS5 to CS6 but the only info I can find on the website discusses upgrade policies. When I try to purchase, the only option is to purchase at full list price. How can I find out the cost of an upgrade order, and place the order? Adobe will not provide this information, so perhaps the Forum knows better how to place an order with Adobe.
