where can I input the serial number in LR5?

I reinstalled the system this week.

I have a serial number and want to license LR

BUT

Where can I input the serial number?

My OS is Windows 10

and I use the OS since 2017

I ever used LR at Win10 in June 2019

yes, I did it. But it is no next page. I have also used manager permissions. Also changed compatibility to Win7. The result is the same
