Where did "Shop Assets" go?!

I used to have by adobe creative cloud in my tool tray at the top of my screen, could pull it down and search for an SVG stock Icon, switch to Adobe XD and use the icon in my mockup and NOW THIS IS GONE! There is no "SHOP" no "ASSETS" just stock images which just launches a web browser.. even in the web browser SVG's are completely gone. How do I get this back? This is ruining my workflow and projects massively and I am pissed!
