Where did the developer forums go?

Every link I can find on Adobe help pages, blog posts, etc. seems to point to the old forums, which means they redirect to non-developer forums on the new system. I can't figure out where they moved. Can anyone help?

Also, this forum won't let me post without tagging my post as either "Bug" or "Feature request", so my simple question about the restructuring of the communities is now polluting one of those topics.
