Where do I buy Adobe Encore CS6

I just want to buy Adobe Encore CS6, nothing else.

I had the Adobe CC for one year and that's why I only want Encore, because Premiere in CC is not a good fit for me. It crashed hundreds of times in one year.

Where can I find Encore CS6 and what is the price for it?

Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud

I know, I installed it and used it with Creative Cloud, but I don't want to use Creative Cloud anymore, because the Premiere Pro CC is no good on my PC and nor on my mac, but I still want to use Encore CS6, but not the other Adobe programs. Is there a way?
