Where do I find my de-activation entry because I have both a new computer and can not install all my applications

on the old computer  we have  CS5 / Lightroom6/Elements13 the computer is out of service .

We want to install all those applications  on the new computer but  we get still the same message  : installation on more than 1 computer . How to de-activate  the old computer ?
